A practical packaging solution from pilot runs to higher-output production
Phoenixes sauce and liquid sachet packaging machines combine metered filling, bag forming, three-side sealing and cutting in one process. Select the tabletop PH-2AS or the higher-output PH-2A3 according to product properties, fill volume, target output, available space and air-supply conditions.
Key advantages
- Integrated packaging process: Metered filling, film forming, three-side sealing and cutting are completed continuously in one machine.
- Two production levels: PH-2AS is suited to trials, small batches and limited spaces; PH-2A3 supports higher-output continuous packing.
- Application-based selection: The right model is evaluated according to viscosity, flowability, fill volume, packaging film and site air supply.
- Optional configurations: Date or batch coding, mixing, double-wall hoppers and automatic feeding can be evaluated by model and product.
Suitable products and applications
- Food sauces: Soy paste, dipping sauces, chili sauce, satay sauce, ketchup and other flowable sauces.
- Liquid products: Honey, fructose syrup, vinegar, edible oil and other flowable liquids.
- Typical users: Food factories, central kitchens, contract packers, product development, pilot runs and small-batch production.
- Products requiring tests: High-viscosity, settling, separating or particle-containing products must be sample-tested before machine selection.
Uses a peristaltic pump and requires no external air compressor. Filling range: 10–150 c.c.; approximately 500 packs/hour based on a 30 g test. Recommended for particle-free, flowable liquids, trials and small batches.
Filling range: 10–200 c.c.; approximately 1,200 packs/hour based on a 20 c.c. test. An external air compressor is required. Suitable for food factories and higher-output production; fine-particle products require testing.
Before selecting a machine: Provide a product sample, fill volume per pack, target output and intended packaging film. Actual output varies with the product, fill volume, film and operating conditions.
